Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years selling enterprise software solutions or complex applications.
• Life sciences background with experience in selling into R&D and Commercial Manufacturing.
• Experience with quality risk management and process validation.
• Familiarity with QbD and CPV framework in Pharma drug development.
• Strong track record of managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation activities and grow the pipeline of new business opportunities within target market and industries.
• Develop a sustainable growth plan for all revenue sources in your territory.
• Qualify marketing leads and conduct thorough needs assessments using value selling methodology.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM system.
