Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, including a neutral accent

• Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience with us is both positive and professional.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints with the utmost care and efficiency, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, generating new business and upselling our products and services.
• Qualify and assess leads, transfer calls, and arrange appointments for the sales team, ensuring a strong and well-organised pipeline.
• Schedule paid consultations for our solicitors.
• Follow up with leads and clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services so you can effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
