Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA-level) with at least 5+ years of experience.
• Quickbooks ProAdvisor certification is essential.
• Experience with accounting for US-based companies is required.
• Proficiency in AP/AR and understanding of US tax obligations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, and bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing using Thompson Reuters software.
• Oversee debt management activities including loan payments and interest calculations.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop for financial management and reporting requirements.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for progress discussion and problem-solving.
