Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role with team management proven.
• High level of English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with the North American market is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• Data-driven individual with strong numbers-based decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of coding languages (SQL, R, Python) is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets.
• Create and develop a growth team to support business in the region.
• Contribute to Fever's growth and development in a key market.
• Own the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions in a specific business line.
• Lead global projects defining the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance performance across different business departments and develop new plans and events.
• Establish strategies to increase performance using analytical and strategic skills.
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
