Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare business development or similar
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA or other Masters in related area strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations and business development colleagues across the organization to develop local growth strategies for markets throughout the central United States
- Based on local market strategy, identify, contact and cultivate target skilled nursing facilities, successfully and compliantly negotiating/contracting with those who will be ideal post-acute partners for DaVita
- Work closely with DSD and cross-functional colleagues to navigate business development processes, including compliance, regulatory and legal engagement; CRM data entry; and pipeline analysis and reporting
- Effectively hand off contracted SNFs to operations colleagues, providing continued relationship
