Requirements:

• Engagement and communication with internal stakeholders.

• Understanding how to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and achieve individual and business goals.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CC, including Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Good skills in Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML and Webflow is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Producing good quality ideas for creative campaigns and projects to meet deadlines.
• Designing static creative graphics, with the ability to animate them.
• Contributing to design stages of campaigns and working closely with the project team.
• Developing independent judgment on creative work.
• Maintaining good communication and updating project management tools.
• Presenting creative ideas and collaborating across departments.
• Understanding commercial awareness to justify creative ideas.
• Evaluating own performance and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
