Requirements:

• You have a positive attitude and a drive to win.
• Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• 1-2 years of experience creating, deploying, and updating websites using HTML/CSS.
• 2+ years of project management, client management, or similar experience.
• Curious and able to work ambiguously to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow through on tasks promptly with precision.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bonus: Proficiency using Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, Jira, Google Calendar, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage customer relationships through website onboarding from start to finish.
• Work on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Schedule consultations with clients to gather requirements and ensure implementation stays on track.
• Coordinate with AutoVitals Trainers for clear communication.
• Use website builder tools to input client information and customize website design.
• Provide consultative suggestions using website best practices and data analytics.
• Consistently QA work done by yourself and by others.
• Transition clients to the ongoing account management team after successful launch.
