Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience building and managing creative teams.
  • At least 5+ years of experience setting new brand and creative direction.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on production experience in web design, digital media design, and video production.
  • Must have experience (B2B or B2C) working in the tech industry.
  • Exceptional creative/editorial judgment with a strong point of view on design trends.
  • Ability to articulate and apply aesthetic choices across design fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and document creative production processes that scale, ensuring project management workflows are clear.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the growth of the creative services team.
  • Articulate and pitch new creative concepts to peers and senior management.
  • Jump in to help create and elevate designs whenever the need arises.
