Technical Revenue Operations Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM operation roles.
• Required hands-on experience with custom coding and development with Hubspot CRM and APIs.
• Experience with Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with Chilipiper, Zoominfo, Clay, and Gong is a plus.
• Proven success in managing data quality programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the GTM systems and HubSpot CRM system functionality and data integrity, and customize it to fit the company's needs.
• Create and maintain a map of how our systems work together, how the data flows and how processes influence each other.
• Implement processes like lead routing with Hubspot CRM and other GTM systems.
• Manage system administration, covering security and user management, system integration, user guidelines, training, and continuous optimization.
• Create and manage data enrichment and hygiene practices for HubSpot CRM, including workflows, contacts, and record associations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and build consensus around GTM system processes and outcomes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
