Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing, product management or consulting experience.
- MBA or MS in related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience designing & implementing pricing models in SaaS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing strategy development, including research, analysis, and modeling of pricing scenarios.
- Design and optimize packaging structures that align with customer needs and buying patterns.
- Develop value metrics and pricing frameworks that scale across customer segments.
- Partner with Product to identify monetization opportunities for new features and capabilities.
- Build and maintain pricing tools and sales enablement materials to support deal execution.
- Analyze pricing effectiveness, discount patterns, and package adoption to inform strategy.
- Lead cross-functional pricing changes from strategy through market implementation.
- Design and execute pricing research to validate assumptions and quantify value metrics.
