Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering LMSs.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying DAP solutions.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency in LMS use and management.
  • Experience with DAP use, facilitation, and management.
  • Experience with SABA and Cornerstone LMS systems preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the LMS, ensuring the system runs smoothly, updating content, and fixing technical issues.
  • Adding new learning objects, courses, and resources to the LMS.
  • Identifying additional internal uses of the LMS and facilitating onboarding.
  • Creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support and training on the LMS.
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of DAP, creating guidelines.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for DAP design and programming.
  • Monitoring platform usage and analyzing data for improvements.
  • Supporting the IT Training team with DAP usage.
  • Liaison with administrative teams for DAP support and design.
  • Designing a program for DAP use in practice groups.
  • Developing metrics to track progression and value of DAP.
  • Creating a strategy for analyzing DAP user-facing elements.
  • Developing a formal DAP community of practice.
  • Incorporating user feedback for platform improvement.
  • Creating new learning objects using Articulate 360.
