Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience in a professional environment is preferred.
• Experience and interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support all talent acquisition functions for Mexico and US open roles including sourcing, offering, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Maintain an updated and accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage new positions and ensure a positive experience.
