Requirements:

• At least 5 years in technical roles or customer-facing consulting positions.
• 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of data catalogs and governance processes.
• Exceptional communication ability for complex data concepts.
• Experience developing structured training programs.
• Robust project management skills.
• Experience with LLMs, AI, and their applications in data management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical resource for channel partners and internal Partner Account Managers (PAMs).
• Respond to technical queries to enhance partner capabilities.
• Develop training and certification programs for partners.
• Create training materials and e-learning modules.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner events.
• Maintain regular interaction with partners to assess training needs.
• Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Travel up to 40% within the U.S. for hands-on training.
