Behavioral Health Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in behavioral health or with providers; direct care experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; valid license required (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, PhD, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health concepts and treatment methods.
• Skilled in managing multidisciplinary behavioral health programs.
• Effective relationship-building with internal and external teams.
• Experienced in developing and monitoring policies and standards for behavioral health.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities:

• Execute strategy to achieve program goals and metrics.
• Maintain documentation standards and escalate issues appropriately.
• Communicate with clinical and business teams regarding behavioral health initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create member communications and content.
• Foster relationships across teams to resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage a team of therapists, providing supervision and feedback.
• Provide clinical expertise in member care as needed.
• Perform chart audits to ensure compliance.
