• Minimum of 4 years' experience in writing technical requirements.
• 4+ years of experience in complex web development projects.
• Experience with QA testing, including test scripts and automated testing.
• Familiarity with content-management systems like Drupal, Sitecore, or WordPress.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Proficiency in Teamwork and Teamwork Spaces.
• Experience with Silktide or similar accessibility software.
• Experience with Axure or Figma is highly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and create innovative solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about new web technologies.
• Desire for professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business requirements process, coordinating with the client and internal teams.
• Establish requirements delivery and review schedules.
• Perform critical analysis on information from multiple sources.
• Create user-interface flow diagrams and requirements documentation.
• Ensure wireframes do not pose technical challenges during development.
• Coordinate activities and tasks through Teamwork.
• Manage integration testing, UAT, and functionality testing.
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet requirements.
• Validate and resolve UAT issues with the development team.
• Create automated testing scripts and conduct accessibility testing.
