Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with 3-5 years managing paid digital channels.
• Experience preferred within a SaaS business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in paid digital and growth marketing.
• Understanding of media measurement methodologies (MTA, MMM, MMT).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Data-driven analytical mindset with knowledge of Marketing KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an annual strategy and execution roadmap for sustained year-over-year growth.
• Optimize audience strategy across paid media channels, prioritizing first-party data.
• Actively manage investment strategy and media plans for cost efficiency.
• Execute and optimize campaigns with partners, managing a test-and-learn roadmap.
• Implement optimization strategies for audience targeting and business performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated go-to-market strategies.
