Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience with 3-5 years directly managing paid digital channels.
• Experience in SaaS business preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in paid digital/growth marketing.
• Understanding of media measurement methodologies (MTA, MMM, MMT).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an annual strategy and execution roadmap for sustained year-over-year growth.
• Optimize audience strategy across paid social, CTV, programmatic, and YouTube utilizing first-party data.
• Manage investment strategy and media plans for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with agencies.
• Implement strategies to improve business performance through effective measurement.
• Collaborate across departments to drive integrated go-to-market strategies.
