Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including 3-5 years managing paid digital channels.
• Experience in a SaaS business is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven success in paid digital and growth marketing.
• Understanding of media measurement methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Data-driven and analytical with understanding of Marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an annual strategy and execution roadmap for growth.
• Optimize audience strategies across multiple paid media channels.
• Manage investment strategy and media plans for cost efficiency.
• Execute and optimize campaigns in partnership with agency and ad platform partners.
• Implement optimization strategies for business performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Finance teams.
