Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) in global payroll implementation and (5 years) experience in running Japanese payroll.
- Experience with various payroll systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in Japan.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

- Gather essential payroll requirements from clients and guide them through technical aspects.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the new payroll system, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Implement change management strategies for seamless transitions for employees and HR teams.
