Requirements:

• Client-centric and consulting-oriented mindset, ideally through management consulting or managed services experience.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools, such as automation frameworks.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and navigate complex environments.
• Strong leadership capability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear understanding and effective messaging.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale testing delivery operations across a diverse portfolio of global clients.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic meetings with key clients to review progress.
• Provide operational oversight on resource allocation and project schedules.
• Mentor and manage a team responsible for comprehensive testing delivery.
• Engage with enterprise-class prospects in partnership with the Sales and Delivery teams.
