- 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals
- 5 years in payer account management
- National payer experience and established relationships
- New product launch experience
- Expertise in payer strategy and implementation planning
- In-depth understanding of regulations governing payers
Responsibilities:
- New product strategic access launch planning
- Build payer profiles and business plans
- Lead the Arvinas relationship and engagement with targeted payers
- Collaboration with specialty pharmacy and channel distribution
- Payer contracting and patient-centric reimbursement support
- Prepare and present business plans to senior leaders
- Communicate internal details surrounding payer utilization management
