Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals
• 5 years of market access experience
• National payer experience and established relationships
• New product launch experience
• In-depth understanding of regulations governing payers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities:

• New product strategic access launch planning
• Build payer profiles and business plans
• Lead the Arvinas relationship with payers
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacy and channel distribution
• Prepare and present business plans to senior leaders
• Lead negotiation processes with customers
