🔍 Education Technology (Ed Tech)
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years as a B2B sales development representative with a track record of achieving lead/sales quotas.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a SaaS and/or Ed Tech environment preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers using targeted outbound prospecting techniques.
- 2+ years proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM.
- C1 level written and oral proficiency in English.
- Strong work ethic, eager to learn, and ability to work solo and as a productive team member.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications.
- Represent the Turnitin product portfolio and research potential secondary education institutional customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales account executives for next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine lead generation activities.
- Utilise SalesForce and follow up via email and phone calls.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Set up product demonstration meetings between prospective customers and sales account executives.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
