Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and evolve metrics framework and drive improvements in tracking and measurement.
• Own board and executive-level reporting to provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Establish and track team-level metrics for performance accountability.
• Collaborate with Finance to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Partner with operational teams to optimize processes through data.
• Develop self-service analytics capabilities to enable independent insights.
• Champion data-driven decision making through training and best practices.
• Implement processes for consistent metric definition and reporting.
• Work with analysts and engineering to ensure efficient data models.
