• 12+ years of developing and leading high-priority initiatives.
• Background in media & entertainment with experience in building scalable user experiences.
• Golang experience is a must.
• Understand cloud and system components, and capable of profiling bottlenecks.
• Enjoy working with engineering teams to solve delivery blockers.
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining cloud native infrastructure.
• Ability to lead investigations into critical business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers, product managers, and project managers to implement new features across Crunchyroll's Content Delivery.
• Improve scalability of services through planning and load testing.
• Enhance platform availability with better monitoring and performance reporting.
• Profile, identify, and eliminate bottlenecks to improve API server response times.
• Consider system security in design decisions and evaluate new infrastructure.
• Research and optimize solutions to serve customers effectively.
