Requirements:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver multiple projects to deadline.
• Strong capability to establish and carry out policies.
• Active validation of work quality.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with handling cryptocurrency transactions is preferred.
• Willingness to adjust to a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and requests timely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases (Hubspot / Jira).
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Assist the Client Management team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed.
• Help identify and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
