Requirements:
  • Experience in startup environments, preferably with complex enterprise solutions.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing projects end-to-end.
  • Commercial experience resulting in business growth in customer success, consulting, project management, or similar roles.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills appropriate for meeting with senior stakeholders and industry experts.
  • Knowledge of the utility/energy sector or forestry is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in the US.
  • Conduct new customer onboarding, leading kick-off calls and coordinating progress meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while understanding their evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with technical delivery leads for effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.
  • Renew contracts and facilitate growth of customer accounts.
  • Participate in field visits, requiring a driving license.
