Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on the executive team and key thought leader on People & Talent matters.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, drive employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop a seamless onboarding process and support ongoing learning and development.
• Lead initiatives for continuous performance feedback and manage low performers when necessary.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned with core values.
• Oversee compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Implement competitive compensation structures and contribute to effective organizational design.
