Requirements:

• 2+ years driving customer onboarding of SaaS and/or API integrations.
• Experience supporting partners leveraging API platforms for data delivery.
• Commitment to resolving partner frustrations and advocating for their needs.
• Focus on continuous process improvement for effective workflow and support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of network protocols (e.g., oAuth) and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a portfolio of customers during onboarding and engagement with the Akoya Data Access Network.
• Driving adoption and increasing revenue through effective use case development.
• Analyzing user feedback, behavior, competitors, and market trends.
• Delivering partner growth measured by onboarding success, user migration, and network activity.
• Serving as the main resource for customers regarding support and technical issues.
