Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience creating and shipping software.
• 5 years of experience working with C#/.NET.
• Preferred experience with SQL Server or other production relational databases.
• Experience working with and improving large, legacy systems.
• Bonus technologies include WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, WinForms, JavaScript.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong remote communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements solutions for Magic: The Gathering Online in alignment with architectural designs and program needs.
• Investigates, analyzes, and responds to issues as they arise in a live service.
• Performs literate programming, ensuring readable and maintainable code with adequate commenting and documentation.
• Communicates trade-offs, risks, and alternative solutions for proposed features and functionality.
• Seeks improvement opportunities in the development process and suggests solutions.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through code reviews, collaboration on technical designs, documentation, and test coverage.
