• 10+ years of experience in internal or external game development or publishing.
• 3+ years of experience working on a live game or service preferred.
• Experience in relationship management with studios, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Experience in shipping console and PC titles with detailed platform knowledge.
• Highly knowledgeable of current game industry trends.
• Passion for multiplayer online video games.

Responsibilities:

• Manage simultaneous projects on a single AA game, ensuring they meet publishing needs.
• Accountable for timely game shipping and quality standards.
• Establish and improve relationships with internal studios and publishing teams.
• Mentor and guide direct reports in their career development.
• Support cross-functional efforts and articulate major deliverables.
• Create standard operating procedures and templates.
• Track project progress and manage risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and coordinate among teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency.
• Manage budgets and schedules with studios.
• Ensure adherence to timelines through milestone approvals.
• Collaborate on User Research to meet quality targets.
