Requirements:

• 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must have shipped multiple successful titles, with experience in large-scale live operations.
• Strong knowledge of F2P GaaS economy design and service operations.
• Experience with data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly process-driven, expert in SDLC with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall direction and success of the studio as a business unit.
• Lead the team in establishing and guiding the long-term vision and direction of the game IP.
• Own the vision for product, process, practices, people, and tools across the franchise.
• Establish and drive execution of the business plan.
• Partner with department leaders to maintain product vision, staffing, schedule, and budget.
• Manage live game services and operations, and content production.
• Explore new game opportunities with the studio’s core IP.
• Oversee studio staffing and drive financial performance.
