  • Understand clients’ business goals and generate tailored success plans to optimize client ROI.
  • Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to advocate for clients’ needs and provide feedback on product enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement, providing actionable insights.
