- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-7 years of enterprise customer-facing experience.
- Experience in online ticket marketplaces and/or online travel industry preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce preferred.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and data organization skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace.

- Collaborate cross-functionally across various teams to improve the Affirm offering for our merchants.
