Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience with Marketing Pro Product.
  • Experience in building and maintaining email marketing, reputation, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills for understanding client needs and conveying information.
  • Client-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan Platforms for effective client onboarding.
  • Proactive engagement to keep clients informed and foster adoption.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic onboarding and ongoing management and support of VIP clients using Scorpion’s Direct Marketing Services.
  • Designing and optimizing unique email, direct mail, and text campaigns to support VIP client marketing objectives.
  • Mastering ServiceTitan Marketing Pro software and building audiences within clients' ServiceTitan instances.
  • Editing, proofreading, and sometimes copywriting.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop campaigns aligned with onboarding strategy.
  • Tracking essential metrics and improving campaign results.
  • Reporting to the managerial team about campaign performance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to leadership.
  • Enhancing client experience through innovation and proactive measures.
