Requirements:
  • Native or near to native German language (C2).
  • Very good command of English language (B2 – C1).
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to different character types.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Identifying and accessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Building relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using designated methods/tools.
