Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
• Knowledge and experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information.
• Strong networking skills with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations and educational programs.
• Support synthesis and communication of scientific insights from KOLs to internal teams.
• Provide scientific support for medical congresses and advisory boards.
• Establish credibility as a scientific resource for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute medical strategies.
• Stay current with scientific literature and emerging research.
