Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a production leadership role within the games industry, overseeing large-scale AAA projects.
• A degree in Project Management or Business Administration.
• Ability to balance studio and player needs in the development roadmap.
• Experience in mentoring and motivating teams of Producers.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-starter with excellent time management and planning skills.
• Knowledge of development pipelines and project management methodologies such as Agile and Traditional.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Jira, and experience with Unreal Engine is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project direction by collaborating with the Executive Producer and Department Heads.
• Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Own the Development roadmap and manage a team of Producers.
• Ensure effective resource use and optimize development pipelines.
• Oversee project communication strategy and task allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Guide development for sustainable systems and support long-term strategies.
• Manage project documentation and Jira for tracking.
• Foster a positive team environment and coordinate with QA.
• Drive improvements in production practices and manage external relationships.
