Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with software products.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience in using data-driven insights for product decisions.
  • Proven experience managing the complete product lifecycle.
  • Strong decision-making, organization, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional command of written and verbal English.
  • An MBA degree or entrepreneurship background is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and own a batch of compelling product features for Petal Search.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs and market trends.
  • Take charge of market insight, competitive product analysis, and end user requirement analysis for search products.
  • Manage search product roadmap, business model design, and third-party cooperation.
  • Design new features and promote product iterations in collaboration with cross-product teams.
  • Define experience and performance indicators to improve search algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into product requirements.
  • Improve user satisfaction through data analysis and KPIs.
