Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in Business to Business sales.
• Bilingual in French and English is a requirement.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work without supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high level of organizational skills.
• Quality and customer-oriented; must pass a background screen.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects using bilingual communication.
• Manage inbound daily sales calls and maintain company standard closing rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while following the company's sales process.
• Follow up on proposed sales within 48 hours and convert customers into the Year Round Protection Plan.
• Execute residential campaigns for new and existing customers.
