Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Two years of experience in Business to Business sales.
• Bilingual in French and English is a requirement.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and work well under pressure.
• Call center sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quality and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls.
• Maintain company standard closing rates and convert customer call-ins to 48% or better.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Use Company designed sales process and follow up on proposals within 48 hours.
• Conduct re-solicitation calls to convert customers and execute residential campaigns.
• Work with commercial sales representatives off season to assist in setting appointments.
• Make a minimum of 85-100 outbound calls daily during non-peak season.
