Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five or more years of proven sales track record with larger, complex accounts.
- Experience selling services preferred.
- Strong communication/presentation skills and board-room level presence.
- Excellent prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Experience in the services industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
- Salesforce CRM experience or other CRM.
- Strategic/Consultative Selling training is a plus.
- High-level commercial and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating market growth to national clients in various industries across Canada.
- Generate targeted sales results and work with marketing for lead generation.
- Contact prospects through multiple channels and conduct C-level meetings to promote services.
- Maintain and update CRM records including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Design, price, and generate proposals for new service programs and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and build relationships with prospective customers for long-term success.
