Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
  • Passion for live music and event organization.
  • Minimum 1 year of event management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in leading a team on-site.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with AV and PA systems is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Select and recruit concert staff according to Fever's requirements.
  • Provide instructions to staff about timings and attire.
  • Consult with the shared timeline for concert organization.
  • Coordinate concerts on performance day, ensuring compliance with Candlelight procedures.
  • Manage on-stage speeches as per Fever's guidelines.
  • Oversee staff roles, briefing, and timing.
  • Handle the delivery arrangements for technical staff and candle supplies.
  • Manage battery charging for candles throughout the event.
  • Ensure the staging meets Fever’s standards with photo confirmation.
  • Facilitate artist logistics from arrival to rehearsals and meals.
