Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
- Passion for live music and event organization.
- Minimum 1 year of event management experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in leading a team on-site.

- Familiarity with AV and PA systems is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Select and recruit concert staff according to Fever's requirements.
- Provide instructions to staff about timings and attire.
- Consult with the shared timeline for concert organization.
- Coordinate concerts on performance day, ensuring compliance with Candlelight procedures.
- Manage on-stage speeches as per Fever's guidelines.
- Oversee staff roles, briefing, and timing.
- Handle the delivery arrangements for technical staff and candle supplies.
- Manage battery charging for candles throughout the event.
- Ensure the staging meets Fever’s standards with photo confirmation.
- Facilitate artist logistics from arrival to rehearsals and meals.
