Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
• Interest and passion for live music and event organization.
• At least 1 year of experience in directing an on-site team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of AV and PA systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Select and recruit concert staff according to Fever's requirements.
• Provide instructions to staff regarding schedules and attire.
• Consult the shared schedule to understand concert logistics.
• Ensure smooth coordination and compliance with Candlelight operation modes on concert day.
• Deliver speeches and manage technical deliveries.
• Ensure proper setup of candles and recharge batteries as needed.
• Manage artists' logistics including rehearsals and catering.
• Post-concert, provide inventory and feedback to Fever.
