Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or delivery management, ideally in a recruitment or IT services environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the delivery team in coordinating client submissions, responding to client inquiries, and consolidating submissions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client-related queries, maintaining open communication and providing updates.
• Partner with HR coordinator on policies and training programs, and coordinate company events.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and manage payments and exit processes.
