• 5-7+ years of experience as an account director or similar role.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of winning and retaining key accounts.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or sales & marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, managing, and maintaining new business pipeline through existing and prospecting activities.
• Owning the sales cycle from prospect engagement to client contract management.
• Managing the pipeline to accurately forecast revenue.
