Requirements:
- Native-level or near-native level in Polish language along with good English skills.
- Tech-savvy, curious, and possessing problem-solving acumen.
- Ability to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions.
- Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner.
- High School Diploma holder required.
- Flexible to work night shifts or weekend shifts if applicable.
- Active listener with preferably prior customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all the Polish-speaking customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Assist customers in managing their accounts and passwords.
- Resolve post-sales requests from customers regarding the online store.
- Deliver high-quality support and handle a large volume of calls and emails.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
