Requirements:
  • Native-level or near-native level in Polish language along with good English skills.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and possessing problem-solving acumen.
  • Ability to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions.
  • Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner.
  • High School Diploma holder required.
  • Flexible to work night shifts or weekend shifts if applicable.
  • Active listener with preferably prior customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Polish-speaking customers.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts and passwords.
  • Resolve post-sales requests from customers regarding the online store.
  • Deliver high-quality support and handle a large volume of calls and emails.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
