Requirements:
Native-level or near-native level in Polish language along with good English skills. Tech-savvy, curious, and possessing problem-solving acumen. Ability to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions. Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner. High School Diploma holder required. Flexible to work night shifts or weekend shifts if applicable. Active listener with preferably prior customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all the Polish-speaking customers. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Assist customers in managing their accounts and passwords. Resolve post-sales requests from customers regarding the online store. Deliver high-quality support and handle a large volume of calls and emails. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
