Requirements:

• Associated related field required.
• 1-2 Years of experience in troubleshooting, information technology, truss design, carpentry, or framing required.
• 2+ Years of experience in component manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who manages time effectively and collaborates with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for software technical inquiries and ownership of customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on software.
• Stay updated on MiTek software updates and communicate benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with product development for feedback.
• Assist the sales team with opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide reports on customer feedback.
