Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, preferably with Business and/or Technical Architect Certification.
• Experience managing Salesforce feature requests and building advanced reports/dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and complex data storage models.
• Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Capability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives into sprints, and communicate enhancements.
• Build relationships and knowledge of internal departments to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Overhaul business processes and design automations for efficiency.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins and Engineers to implement solutions across Sales & Support Clouds.
• Act as a subject matter expert and driver of technical transformation.
• Support the remote Sales and Services team relying on SFDC.
