Requirements:

• 5+ years of agency experience, preferably in payer marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for team cohesion and client trust.
• Excellent decision-making and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Experience in building rapport with clients and maintaining relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience mentoring junior talent.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficiency with web-based design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Motion graphics skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead art direction and design for digital media including websites, videos, and emails.
• Translate complex scientific information into engaging visual messages.
• Drive creative thinking for campaigns that enhance brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Copy team and Client Services from inception to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects independently across different brands.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and teams.
• Ensure high creative standards from concept to completion.
• Participate in client meetings offering creative insights.
• Lead presentations and facilitate feedback discussions.
• Understand client products and marketing challenges to align solutions with strategic needs.
