Requirements:

  • Document and update success strategies, including planning and review sessions.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer check-ins.
  • Work with internal functions for timelines and customer expectations.
  • Grow software adoption and build success plans.
  • Ensure renewals and escalate at-risk customers.
  • Map large accounts and establish relationships.
  • Serve as an escalation point for service-related issues.
  • Thoroughly document all strategic and technical matters related to customers.
  • Represent Bridgeway at industry events.
